Snap Login: Login as customer

This feature allows you to log in as your customers and view their accounts exactly as they do. It's especially useful for complex stores with heavily customized account pages or third-party services and integrations. It provides a simple and effective way to troubleshoot customer account issues. This functionality is powered by Shopify's Multipass token and is exclusive to Shopify Plus merchant accounts.
